  • Publication number: 20040195868
Abstract: An adjustable serving tray mainly includes an anchor apparatus located on armrests at two sides of a stroller. Each armrest has an inner side with a retaining flute formed thereon. The serving tray has coupling sections on two sides, each with an anchor trough and a latch lug. In normal usage conditions, the anchor trough engages with the anchor apparatus and the latch lug is latched in the retaining flute to anchor the serving tray. By releasing the anchor apparatus, the serving tray may be slid forwards to form a larger entrance space on the stroller to seat a child. Thus the child may be seated on the rear seat without removing the serving tray to improve convenience of use.

  • Publication number: 20030177575
Abstract: An infant playyard including a movable mattress which may be laid on the bottom of the playyard to support babies and also may be directly formed or folded into a U-shape to create a housing enclosure. The mattress is fastened to connecting elements for hanging on the upper peripheral rims of the playyard body to adjust the height of the mattress. Thus production cost may be reduced, package size does not increase, and carrying is easier. The connecting elements may also include an adjusting member to adjust the elevation to suit the user's height.

  • Publication number: 20030110704
Abstract: An automatic closing guarding fence has a door and an anchor frame pivotally coupled with each other on an upper pivotal position and a lower pivotal position. The axis connecting the upper pivotal position and the lower pivotal position inclines at a selected angle relative to the anchor frame such that when the door is opened, the door can swing back and close automatically due to its own weight. A release mechanism is provided to create automatic latching and closing. The structure provides convenience and improves safety to prevent risks that might otherwise occur due to adults' negligence.

  • Publication number: 20020184705
Abstract: A bed bottom folding joint for an infant playyard has a support means located on the bed bottom. The support means includes one pair of tension bar sets and a folding joint. The folding joint has a pivotal connection seat to pivotally engage with the middle bars of the tension bar set so that two tension bar sets may be connected to form a support plane for the bed bottom. The folding joint has a trough, which has an opening pointing downwards to pivotally engage with the middle bars. A handle bar having a brake element located at one end may be wedged between a gap formed between the two middle bars to occupy the pivotal space located therebetween, to prevent the middle bars from folding. The handle bar may be turned to remove the brake element to free the pivotal space and to allow the middle bars to fold toward each other. Hence folding of the bed bottom structure may be simply controlled by moving the handle bar.

  • Patent number: 6385800
Abstract: A collapsible playyard capable of being securely expanded to a first position and folded to a second position. It includes a foldable upper frame and a collapsible lower frame. The collapsible lower frame includes a pair of central frame members pivotably connected to a second lock structure, and the second lock structure includes a U-shaped cover and a grasp handle connected to a base portion of the U-shaped cover to flip the U-shaped cover. The U-shaped cover includes two connecting portions each having a pair of bulges located on an inside face of the connecting portion facing each other. Each of the central frame members has corresponding fillisters, such that when the U-shaped cover is laid at a horizontal direction, the bulges and the fillisters will be engaged causing the lower frame be locked in an expanded position, which can be unlocked by flipping the U-shaped cover into a vertical direction.
