A micro-lens array, a black matrix layer array, and a detector array are sequentially disposed between a cover plate and an array substrate, and a combination of the micro-lens array and the black matrix layer array filters out more interference light, so that most of light entering the detector array is fingerprint reflected light, which improves an accuracy of fingerprint recognition. A liquid crystal display device having the liquid crystal display panel is also provided.
