Abstract: The present invention provides a radio frequency front-end module, and a radio access network device and a control method thereof. The radio frequency front-end module includes a phase-shifting and attenuating unit, a radio frequency unit, and an antenna, where the radio frequency unit is respectively connected to the phase-shifting and attenuating unit and the antenna; the phase-shifting and attenuating unit is configured to receive a control signal and a radio frequency signal sent by a radio access network device and perform phase-shifting processing, or attenuating processing, or phase-shifting and attenuating processing on the radio frequency signal according to the control signal. The technical solution according to the embodiments of the present invention can be used to implement an operation mode of an intelligent antenna having multiple antennas cooperating with each other.
