  • Publication number: 20210076514
Abstract: A vehicle door handle with a handle housing, wherein the handle housing is formed of at least two shell elements. At least one circuit board with electronic components is accommodated in the handle housing and coupled to an electrical connector, which is arranged outside the housing so as to make contact with the circuit board. The electrical connector has a plurality of contacts, which are connected to the circuit board via electrical cables. The circuit board is situated on a support in the handle housing and the support is formed integrally with the electrical connector as an injection-molded part. The electrical cables are overmolded as metallic conductors in the support and at least some of the metallic conductors protrude out of the injection-molded part in the region of the electrical connector and the circuit board for the purpose of making contact.

  • Publication number: 20190234117
Abstract: The invention relates to an acquisition system (200) for detecting the actuation of a handle device (10) of a vehicle (1), comprising a movement device (20) for moving a handle part (11) of the handle device (10) from a resting position (I) into an operating position (II), wherein the movement device (20) for effecting the movement of the handle part (11) can be brought into a first motion course (A), and, after complete conduction of the first motion course (A), can be brought into a second motion course (B). According to the invention, it is provided that a comparison sensor element (56) and an actuation sensor element (57) are arranged on the movement device (20), so that the first motion course (A) can be assessed by a first detection of the comparison sensor element (56) and by a second detection of the actuation sensor element (57), and the second motion course (B) can be assessed by the second detection of the actuation sensor element (57), whereby the actuation can be detected.

  • Patent number: 9948295
Abstract: A sensor device for a motor vehicle includes a multi-layer circuit board on which a plurality of metallized planes are formed. A capacitive sensor electrode is formed on one of the planes for detection by capacitive approachment sensing. A control device controls the sensor electrode as a capacitive sensor electrode in order to detect approaches of a user towards the sensor electrode via an evaluation device. At least one planar electrode region is formed on each of the metallized planes, wherein each of the electrode regions is coupled to the control device. At least two of the electrode regions on different metallized planes are activated and evaluated as sensor electrodes and at least two of the electrode regions on different planes are activated and evaluated as the ground in a temporally offset manner.
