Abstract: A cover for a motor vehicle roof comprises a layer stack having a first sheet of planar extent having a main surface, a second sheet of planar extent having a main surface, an adhesive arranged between the main surfaces and serving for fixing the second sheet to the first sheet, wherein the refractive index of the second sheet has a first value and the refractive index of the adhesive has a second value such that a difference between the first value and the second value is greater than zero, in particular greater than or equal to 0.01.

Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle surface component, which can be attached to a vehicle in an exterior arrangement and has a solar cell arrangement, which is connected on its inner side to a carrying layer and is provided toward the outer side of the vehicle with an outer layer. A particularly light and stable vehicle surface component is obtained according to the invention by the carrying layer being produced in the manner of a composite lightweight construction.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method which is used to produce an arrangement for closing an opening of a vehicle. A sealed cavity is formed between a disk (10) and a splitter protection element (12), wherein a transparent sealing compound (14) is introduced in order to connect the splitter protection element to the disk by hardening the sealing compound, and the splitter protection element and the disk are connected to the vehicle body or to a maintaining element which can be connected to the vehicle body.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for production of a curved screen arrangement for a vehicle, whereby a plastic film (22) is applied to a curved glass plate (18) by means of a die (24) to form a film composite (26). The film composite is subsequently subjected to a thermal treatment at a pressure below that of atmospheric pressure in order to laminate the plastic film to the screen. The plastic film is embodied as a cover film and an adhesive layer is applied between the cover film and the screen in order to form the film composite and to fix the cover film to the screen.

Abstract: A process for producing a cover (11) with a glass pane (14) for a motor vehicle roof, in which, first, a combination film (10) with a shatter prevention film and electrical function elements (22, 24, 26, 28, 30) integrated into the combination film is produced, and then, the combination film is securely attached to a side of the pane, e.g., the side facing the vehicle interior. Furthermore the invention relates to a cover for a motor vehicle roof produced in this manner.
