    Abstract: A flying panel cutoff and punching machine which punches holes in a panel while that panel is being cut from a continuous length of material in a slugless manner. A camming arrangement drives a punch vertically downward while a shearing blade executes the downward and sideways movement used to cut off a panel in a slugless manner from a continuous length of material.
