Abstract: A pipe clamp for rocking or rigid suspension of pipes, which comprises two half-clamps having clamp lugs used for joining the half-clamps and having a connector for receiving a threaded rod. The connector is constructed in bridge-like manner and is fixed to the rounded portion of one half-clamp. The bridge-like connector includes a web with a through-bore. The rod is passed through the bore and secured by an internally threaded nut arranged in non-twisting manner in the bridge-like connector. Either the surface of the connector web facing the rounded portion of the half-clamp or one end face of the nut is arcuate, while the other is preferably planar.
