  • Patent number: 7873456
Abstract: An agricultural harvesting machine, in particular a self-propelled forage harvester for picking up and processing crop material has a transfer device—which is located downstream from feeder and chopping devices and is swivelable around a horizontal and vertical axis—for transferring the crop material, and at least one dampening device—which is located between the vehicle body and the transfer device—for dampening the vibrations of the transfer device. The dampening device may be adjusted as a function of specified operating criteria in order to dampen the vibrations of the transfer device.

  • Publication number: 20090044505
Abstract: The invention relates to an agricultural working machine (1), in particular a forage harvester (2), with at least one spout (4) for conveying received and processed crop (7) to a transport vehicle (6, 25), wherein an electro-optical device (18) is provided for the direction control of the spout (4) at least during the process of conveying to the transport vehicle (6, 25), and wherein the electro-optical device (18) detects characteristic parameters (30) of the spout (4) and characteristic parameters (30) of the transport vehicle (6) and/or the agricultural working machine (1). This ensures that a control of a spout (4) of agricultural working machines (1, 2) is provided which almost completely relieves the operator of the agricultural working machine (1, 2) of the task of monitoring the spout.

  • Publication number: 20080047248
Abstract: An agricultural carrier vehicle has a feeder housing and a front harvesting attachment capable of being swiveled from a working position into a hauling position, for picking up and conveying crop material. The feeder housing and the front harvesting attachment are interconnected via at least one adapting device, which is designed such that, when the front harvesting attachment is swiveled from a working position into a hauling position, the connection between the front harvesting attachment and the feeder housing is maintained, and, during the hauling operation, the carrier vehicle draws the front harvesting attachment using the adapting device in a direction of travel for hauling.

  • Patent number: 7222480
Abstract: A self-propelled forage harvester includes a chassis, an operator's cabin arranged on the chassis, a chopper drum, an ascending lower discharge chute extending from the chopper drum inside the chassis to a level above the chassis, a front attachment, a drive unit, at least two axle units, wherein the front attachment in its non-working position is arranged substantially in a region of one of the axle units, wherein the operator's cabin in its non-working position and the drive unit are arranged substantially in a region of a further axle unit, wherein the front attachment and the operator's cabin are at least movable from a working into a non-working position.
