  • Patent number: 11187335
Abstract: In a fast-switching 2/2-way cartridge valve, which can serve as a check valve, a closing movement of the closing body thereof is damped by contact portions which lie on one another and are movable in relation to one another during the closing movement. The contact portions are formed on the closing body and on the valve bore in which the closing body is guided.

  • Publication number: 20200378504
Abstract: A 2/2 directional insert valve includes a bushing that has, as a pressure medium passage, holes distributed on the circumference. Via the holes and an interior of the bushing, at least one annular duct at the outer circumference of the bushing is configured to be connected to a port on a face side of the bushing. The holes are configured to be closed off by a displaceable closing body. The holes are enlarged in a circumferential direction and are formed as elongate holes so as to minimize the throughflow resistance.

  • Patent number: 10502336
Abstract: A valve for installation in a valve bore of a housing or valve block includes a valve bushing for insertion into the valve bore, a guided valve piston that can be moved axially in the valve bushing, an activation section of said piston projecting above the valve bushing axially, and a valve cover that is configured to be arranged over the valve bore and that forms, together with the activation section of the valve piston, at least one activation pressure chamber.

  • Publication number: 20140124067
Abstract: A valve includes a valve housing that defines a cylinder bore and a control slide that is disposed so as to be slidably mounted in the cylinder bore. The control slide has an axial position in the cylinder bore that is detectable in a contactless manner by a position sensor which generates a corresponding electrical position signal. The control slide has a change in diameter in a detection zone on an outer surface thereof. On the basis of the radial distance of the respective area of the control slide opposite the position sensor from the position sensor, the position signal is configured to be generated by the position sensor. In one embodiment, the position sensor is formed as a proximity sensor and is disposed so as to be directed radially with respect to the cylinder bore in a receiving recess of the valve housing.

  • Patent number: 5868160
Abstract: A two-way insert valve having an insert assembly which can be installed in a receiving bore hole and having a valve cover for closing the receiving bore hole, the insert assembly consisting of two parts, has a bush with several radial passages and with an axial passage and a ring arranged between the bush and the valve cover and has a valve piston by which a connection between the radial passages and the axial passage can be controlled and which is displaceable in opening direction up to a stop. A closing spring urges the valve piston in closed direction. The valve piston in its closed position is guided by the bush at least approximately up to the first end of the bush facing the ring.
