    Abstract: A method and system are provided for securing telecommunications traffic data. A method is provided for transmitting messages via a telecommunications network between a number of subscribers by means of a telecommunications service, wherein the telecommunications service receives at least one first message of individual first size from at least one first subscriber to the telecommunications service that is intended for at least one second subscriber of the telecommunications service. In reaction to receiving a message, the telecommunications service sends at least one second message to the at least one second subscriber, wherein the at least one second message obtains a second size. The first size cannot be conclusively deduced from the second size.

At least one operational optical conductor set that is connected at both ends to optical switching devices is provided for the purpose of bi-directional transmission of the data signals. A stand-by optical conductor set is also connected at both ends to the optical switching devices. In the event of interference on at least one optical conductor of the operational optical conductor set, such as a signal failure determined at the receiving end, there is a switchover at the receiving end from the respective operational optical conductor set to the stand-by optical conductor set. Consequently, there is a signal failure at the opposite end, and immediately thereupon there is also a similar switchover at the opposite end to the stand-by optical conductor set.

    Abstract: A process and an arrangement for the formation of an ignitable mixture from iquid fuel and combustion air, wherein preheated combustion air is conducted with a flow chamber along a surface which is moistened with fuel for take-up of fuel. In the process and arrangement, combustion air is conveyed into the flow chamber in the flow direction of the fuel which streams off the surface moistened by the fuel under the effect of gravity. Achieved hereby is an intensive contacting between the combustion air and the fuel. The fuel is dosed in excess so as to constantly afford a sufficient quantity of fuel for vaporization. During the through flow of the combustion air, there is formed, in the contact with the fuel, a saturated fuel-air mixture in conformance with the temperature of the preheated combustion air and the temperature of the fuel.
