  • Publication number: 20250033487
Abstract: A drive system, including an electric traction drive with electric traction motors, wherein at least one of the traction motors is a permanently excited synchronous machine having a rotor with a plurality of permanent magnets and a stator with a magnetic field generator for generating a stator magnetic field. The drive system further includes at least one controller configured to switch off the at least one traction motor as a function of a load state of the drive system at least in partial load operation, such that the at least one traction motor is in a towing mode and is towed along while another of the at least two traction motors is still switched on and supplies a torque for driving. The controller generates a defined magnetic field with the magnetic field generator and demagnetizes the permanent magnets with a demagnetization field such that drag losses are reduced when towing.

  • Publication number: 20240279592
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of cell lysis for forming at least one pore in the cell wall and/or cell membrane of a cell in an aqueous medium for release of at least one intracellular target protein and/or lipid from the cell into the aqueous medium, including subjecting the cell with the intracellular target protein and/or lipid in the aqueous medium to an electrohydraulic comminution; and separating the target protein and/or lipid from the cell. The electrohydraulic comminution is brought about by a pulse current source. The cell in the aqueous medium is subjected to electrical impulse discharges between at least two electrodes of an underwater radio path of a container at a specific operating voltage, impulse energy, and pulse frequency, and at least one pore is formed in the cell wall and/or cell membrane.

  • Patent number: 9486895
Abstract: Disclosed is a grinding tool (1) for highly accurate centre-less grinding in continuous process for shaft-like workpieces (16), comprising at least one conical (3) and one cylindrical grinding region (4). With its first grinding cover (13), the conical grinding region (3) is primarily intended for grinding larger cutting volumes, whereas the cylindrical grinding region (4), with its second grinding cover (14) is primarily intended for achieving the highest surface quality, without, in the case of the latter, having to remove large cutting volumes. The grinding covers (13, 14) differ at least in respect of the grinding agent used, CBN preferably being used in the conical region and diamond being used in the cylindrical region. Further disclosed is a method, which works with the grinding tool (1) as per the invention and which grinds the shaft-like workpieces (16). Oversize and surface quality are at least temporarily simultaneously ground.
