If the tissue fluid content does not get back to normal within a defined period of time and under treatment with the available standard therapy, treatment with a V1a/V2 vasopessin receptor antagonist is recommended. Dosage of the V1a/V2 vasopressin receptor antagonist and duration of the treatment with the V1a/V2 vasopressin receptor antagonist can be determined on the basis of the acquired sensor data.
