Abstract: A bra cup support structure for supporting and uplifting users' breast with comfort. The bra cup support structure comprises an exterior layer, a holder, and an interior layer, wherein the exterior and interior layers are made of fabric and foam. The holder is made of a polymeric material, metal slice or flat metal wire, and firmly sandwiched between the exterior layer and interior layer, and a length of the holder is shorter than a length of both layers. Consequently, the bra cup support structure has, as a cross-sectional shape taken perpendicular to its lengthwise direction, an inverted-L shape with an upper portion and a lower portion, the lower portion extending downward from an edge of the upper portion. The holder is disposed within the lower portion.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a three-dimension bra cup support structure comprising at least two fabric layers, at least two nonwoven layers and at least one foam layer. The layers are sandwiched with gel and thermal-pressing to constitute the support structure. The bra cup support structure is flexible and subsidiary closed to the lower periphery of the breast to provide a comfort support structure to users.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a seamless brassiere. The brassiere has an outer shield with pattern, two breast cups, two back band, an inner lining corresponding to the outer shield, two elastic non-woven inner pads, two steel wires, a fastener, and two shoulder straps. The steel wire is sewn to a bottom edge of the lining pad. With glue smeared onto the outer shield, lining pads, and inner lining, the brassiere can be assembled with fastener set and shoulder straps by heat pressing in the mold, thereby forming the brassiere that is seamless, tight, and ventilative.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for making a molded elastomer are provided. The method includes providing an elastic fiber foam; disposing the elastic fiber foam between a first upper mold and a first lower mold; pressing the elastic fiber foam by the first upper mold and the first lower mold; and applying a first air flow with a temperature higher than that of the ambient atmosphere to the elastic fiber foam, thereby the molded elastomer transferred from the elastic fiber foam is obtained.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide an improved resilient bra cup structure with adjustable stiffness or softness, wherein the bra cup structure having at least four layers comprising a layer of stiff knitted fabric, a layer of meshed gel, a layer of resilient staple fiber, and a layer of soft knitted fabric. The layer of meshed gel is subjected to a heating process for thermally bonded between the layer of stiff knitted fabric and the layer of resilient staple fiber. Furthermore, the thermally-bonded sandwiched fabric is bonded to the layer of soft knitted fabric for forming a compound fabric to make a bra cup.

Abstract: An integrally formed bra includes an outer fabric, an inner fabric, two bra cups, two steel rim straps attached with steel rims and a set of clasp device assembly. In assembling, the two steel rim straps are first sewed to the two bra cups at the lower edges respectively. Then the bra cups, outer fabric, inner fabric and clasp device assembly are respectively coated on the peripheries or the needed joints thereof with adhesive. Finally, the outer fabric, inner fabric, bra cups and clasp device assembly are respectively positioned at a predetermined position of a mold to form a bra by hot pressing.
