    Abstract: A process for crosslinking a thermoplastic ethylene silane copolymer which comprises forming the ethylene silane copolymer in a thermoforming operation into a shaped article and thereafter subjecting the thermoplastic ethylene silane copolymer shaped article to a solution of benzoic acid in an mount and for a time sufficient to crosslink the thermoplastic ethylene silane copolymer.
