    Abstract: A Suspended Vacuum Sealer Appliance is a packaging device for extracting ambient air from a vacuum bag that is filled with foods or other items and then sealing the bag, whereby the vacuum sealer is attached suspended under a shelf, cabinet or the like, a vacuum bag is held suspended vertically for filling with items outside of the appliance and the vacuum bag's open end is held vertically in the vertically oriented vacuum chamber opening by means of adjustable bag clips which holds the vacuum bag suspended in a vertical plane while ambient air is extracted and the bag sealed, and further providing a flat storage tray for vacuum bags within or on the appliance.

    Abstract: The pen holder holds separately a pen and a mating pen cap. The pen cap is removed from the pen and is stored on a pen cap clip. The pen cap clip is attached to a pen well. The pen well has a pen cavity hole for holding the various sizes and styles of marker and/or highlighter pens. The writing tip of the pen is protected from circulating air in a smaller pen tip cavity at the bottom of the pen cavity hole. The pen is ready for use without having to remove the pen cap. The pen holder can be mounted to any vertical, horizontal or inclined surface or placed on a desk-top where convenient to the user.

    Abstract: A disposable, portable, pocketable, foldable and reusable cigarette ashtray which is formed from a single blank of fire retardant paper or other suitable material into a box shape that will fit into a vehicle cup holder. The ashtray consists of four sides, a bottom, three cavity leaf panels and a folding top lid. The cavity leaf panels slope into the container forming upper and lower cavities. When the ashtray is full of cigarette butts, a top lid panel is folded over the top cavity, locked in place and then safely disposed of. The back panel is supplied with an adhesive strip for attaching the ashtray to a surface. The ashtray is sized to act as a package for two packs of cigarettes. It is inexpensive to produce and can be folded for convenient packaging and portability.
