  • Publication number: 20200293511
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating an event-based data set using a computer implemented asset monitoring system are provided. An asset repository stores data related to one or more commissioned assets of an asset monitoring system. When event data is received from an asset, whether an asset maintenance record corresponding to the asset exists in the asset repository is determined based on comparing the data in the asset repository to the event data. When the asset maintenance record is determined to not exist in the asset repository, an asset identification record corresponding to the asset is rendered. The asset identification record comprises the event data and additional asset-related data collected from the asset. An event-based data set is generated based on the asset identification record.

  • Patent number: 9865156
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating an alert resolution status based on a contextualized alert. An asset repository stores asset-specific data for interpreting an asset parameter. A diagnostic contextualization component is coupled to the asset repository and generates the contextualized alert by retrieving data in the repository. The component also generates the alert resolution status based on determinations related to the contextualized alert.

  • Patent number: 5907701
Abstract: A system and machine readable data storage medium for managing computer services having different operational parameters are described. The managed services provide an ordered, multi-phased startup of processes started by the services. The processes started by the services include background processes and interactive processes. The services are assigned operational parameters that define the environment for processes executed under a particular service. The system can further include apparatus and methods for monitoring the execution status of processes and for acting upon the processes as a function of their execution status. The system also includes synchronization flags to aid in providing an ordered startup of processes.
