Abstract: An animal control unit comprising: a housing comprising at least two electrodes and an electronics module configured to controllably deliver an electrical stimulus to an animal wearing the animal control unit via said at least two electrodes, wherein the housing is shaped such that it rests on the upper side of the animal's neck when in use; a collar to which the housing is attached, the collar being configured for fitment around a neck of the animal to moveably retain the housing in a first position; and a biasing means configured to provide a self-righting force such that the housing is biased towards the first position during movement, and wherein at least one of said electrodes is a strip electrode comprising a strip portion shaped to rest along a natural contour of the animal's neck.

Abstract: A heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) control system comprising: a smart base attached to a building; and a hub which is dockable to the smart base; wherein: the smart base comprises: a user interface for controlling a limited set of HVAC parameters; and a wireless communication module; the hub comprises: a user interface for controlling a comprehensive set of HVAC parameters; and a wireless communication module; and wherein the hub and the smart base are configured to enable the hub user interface to control the comprehensive set of HVAC parameters if the hub is docked to the smart base; or the hub is undocked from the smart base and the hub is within communication range of the smart base over the low power wireless network.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes timer devices that include a timer to monitor a time period and a signalling apparatus that provides an alert signal on expiry of the time period. In some embodiments, a label assembly is provided including first and second labels releasably connected to each other, each label each including a timer and signalling apparatus, In some embodiments, a label is provided with first, second and third portions, the first and second portions including respective fixing portions and the third portion including a timer and signalling apparatus.
