  • Publication number: 20120195782
Abstract: A system for the construction of compressors and rotary engines having two rotors with one, or more displacers per rotor to create between the displacers two or more chambers. The chambers vary in volume according to the degree of separation between the piston caused by the varying and alternatively opposite velocities between the two rotors. This speed variation can be produced a length variation of the radius in which a regular and uniform rotary motion is transmitted or received transforming it into an oscillating motion. The distance between the displacers is modified by placing the drive mechanism on the slide rails and moving it by a spindle, a hydraulic piston or geared system. The other dynamically modifies the beginning of the suction and compression phases preventing sealing of the displacers in certain segments of the suction-compression chamber, to create an opening, allowing passage of fluids and preventing its displacement.

  • Publication number: 20110038744
Abstract: The new system is characterized by the fact that the displaced volume and the relative position of the intake, exhaust ports (31,30), sparkplugs, etc. in relation to the displacers (1,1? and 3,3), may be varied by modifying the angular and linear distance between the geometric axes of the double crankshaft (11), allowing this oscillating movement of varying speed, and the geometric axis of the arms (6,7) attached to the rotor with their respective displacers. By placing the double crankshaft (11) or the positive displacement machine on a chute (13) or sliding axes and change by means of a spindle (14) the distances between the geometrical axes, modify also the level of maximum and minimum distance among the displacer's. By modifying the angular distance between the fixed parts of the chamber and the double crankshaft the position of the intake and exhaust ports is also changed, this alteration can be operated with the system detained or in movement in a manual form or motorized and computerized form.

  • Patent number: 7347676
Abstract: A system includes a rotary chamber and pistons that move in the same direction at varying and alternatively opposite velocities to each other inside a fixed structure. The chamber is rotatively formed by two rotary partial-chambers, each partial-chamber having a piston jointed thereto. The piston closes the associated partial-chamber and penetrates respectively by sliding into a hollow of the other partial-chamber, so as to create at least two compartments that alternatively vary in volume when driven by a mechanism of alternatively opposite variation of velocities.

  • Publication number: 20040206315
Abstract: The present invention refers to a system for the construction of pumps, compressors and motor engines, consisting of a rotary chamber and pistons which are driven in the same direction at varying velocities alternatively opposite to each other, through an adequate mechanism of alternatively opposite variation of velocities inside a fixed open or closed structure. The new system is characterized by the chamber not being fundamentally fixed. On the contrary, it is rotative, preferably formed by two rotary half-chambers, which at least have a displacer or a piston each, jointed to each one of them, closing its own half-chamber and penetrating by sliding in the hollow of the other half-chamber, creating at least two compartments that alternatively vary their volume. The axes of each rotary half-chamber move inside a fixed structure that supports them. This structure may be open or contain a hermetically closed department.
