The server obtains asset values by means of the internet of things. One asset value corresponds to one specific time. The server updates holdings changes and asset value changes. The server adds new links when the fund acquires a new sub-fund, new holdings and new asset values. The server updates asset values, holdings, and new links corresponding to the new holdings, new asset and new asset values at specific times. Appraisals are derived from queries traversing the linked structures automatically following specific time values.
