The method comprises determining a first Berth plan based on the initial Berth plan. The method comprises determining if the first Berth plan satisfies a first criterion. The method comprises in accordance with a determination that the first Berth plan satisfies the first criterion, updating a Berth plan set with the first Berth plan. The method comprises outputting the Berth plan set to a control system.
