Abstract: There is provided a system and methods for identifying an optimised internet connectivity configuration. The system comprises a processing module configured to process received data and a processor that calculates outcome values for each of a plurality of indicators associated with in-flight internet connectivity. Each outcome value is calculated using received data, a trained machine learning model, and a set of features associated with the corresponding indicator. The calculated set of outcome values are used to identify a recommended one of a number of internet connectivity configurations that are each associated with a characteristic set of outcome values.
