  • Patent number: 8096448
Abstract: An elastic substantially tubular package for a semi-liquid or pasty extractable by a finger pressure product comprises a skirt, a head and optionally a cap. The skirt is formed from a wound foil and is provided with a longitudinal weld seam formed by the overlapping of the edges thereof, and the head is fixed to the circumference of the skirt end and forms an oval cross-section at the level of the skirt fixing area. The end of the longitudinal weld seam contacting the head is located in or near an area where the radius of curvature of the oval cross-section is minimal.

  • Patent number: 7959996
Abstract: A multilayer dose having an axis of symmetry for the realization of multilayer objects by compression molding, including a first synthetic resin and a fine functional layer imprisoned in the first resin, the fine functional layer representing less than 20% of the volume of the dose, and wherein the fine functional layer forms the shell of a body of revolution about the axis of symmetry and the distance from the layer to the axis of symmetry is variable.

  • Publication number: 20100059529
Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic package for liquid or viscous products comprising three separate elements, namely a flexible cylindrical side wall formed by a sheet wrapped around a mandrel, an at least partly rigid bottom, and an at least partly rigid top that includes a neck; said package being able to rest on said bottom and having a height H and a diameter D such that the ratio H:D is between 1:1 and 5:1; the side wall and the other two elements, during their assembly, are in contact with a mandrel positioned inside the package. The invention also relates to a process for the manufacture of a package as described above.

  • Publication number: 20090239012
Abstract: The invention relates to a preform (1) for making a package by blow-moulding comprising three separate components joined to one another, namely a side wall (3), a base (4), and an upper part (2) comprising an opening, characterized in that the thickness of the side wall (3) is smaller than the thickness of the base (4). The invention also relates to a package obtained by blow-moulding said preform (1).

  • Publication number: 20070240383
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plastic container, comprising the edge-clamping of a flat, flexible piece forming a curved surface over the inner face of a hollow body, characterized in that the following steps are performed: the edge of the piece is placed in contact with the inner face of the hollow body; a thrust or tensile force is applied to the piece in a direction perpendicular to its surface such as to induce in the piece radial forces resulting in a bringing-together of the edge of the piece against the inner face of the hollow body.

  • Publication number: 20050123682
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing a layer (7) over a surface (6) from a liquid or viscous plastic (8) which solidifies once the layer (7) is formed, characterized in that the plastic (8) is introduced in liquid or viscous form into a reservoir (2) of variable volume, at least part of the inner wall of which is defined by a portion of the said surface (6); the reservoir (2) and the surface (6) are moved relative to each other while simultaneously decreasing the volume of the reservoir (2) so as to compress the plastic (8) and make it flow through a passage (9) connecting two surface portions placed respectively inside and outside the reservoir (2), the rate of flow of the plastic (8) through the passage (9) being chosen so as to form a layer (7) over one of the said surface portions (6) whose thickness (e) is less than the height of the said passage (E). The invention also relates to a device using the method described above and to the objects obtained by this same method.
