The deriving a temporal merge candidate includes scaling a motion vector derived from the co-located block based on a POC difference value between the current block and a reference picture of the current block and a POC difference value between the co-located block and a reference picture of the co-located block, and modifying the scaled motion vector based on motion vector scaling information between a neighboring block of the current block and a co-located block of the neighboring block.

    Abstract: A repeating nail-feeding structure for pneumatic nailing machine, installed in a pneumatic nailing machine, includes an air stream guiding tube, automatic return cylinder, and shifting element. The tube enables working air stream from the machine to enter the cylinder, thereby a piston stein of the cylinder is driven to a retracted position. The piston stein is returned to an extended position by the pressing of a return spring within the cylinder. The shifting element is fixed to the piston stein and provided with a shifting lever. The shifting lever is moved along with the piston stein to advance the strip nail of the machine. Thereby, when the nail is ejected, the strip nail is advanced simultaneously by the discharged working air stream. The requirement of extensive use is fulfilled due to no limitation to length of the strip nail and successive nail-feeding capability.

    Abstract: A Successive Approximation Register (SAR) Analog-to-digital converter (ADC) includes: a digital-to-analog converter (DAC), a comparison circuit and a logic circuit. The processor generates a watermark from the digital video data by calculating a binary result of the digital video data.     Abstract: A Deep Belief Network (DBN) feature extraction-based analogue circuit fault diagnosis method comprises the following steps: a time-domain response signal of a tested analogue circuit is acquired, where the acquired time-domain response signal is an output voltage signal of the tested analogue circuit; DBN-based feature extraction is performed on the acquired voltage signal, wherein learning rates of restricted Boltzmann machines in a DBN are optimized and acquired by virtue of a quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization (QPSO); a support vector machine (SVM)-based fault diagnosis model is constructed, wherein a penalty factor and a width factor of an SVM are optimized and acquired by virtue of the QPSO; and feature data of test data are input into the SVM-based fault diagnosis model, and a fault diagnosis result is output, where the feature data of the test data is generated by performing the DBN-based feature extraction on the test data.

    Abstract: A light emitting device driver circuit includes: a power conversion circuit, an error amplifier circuit, a sample-and-hold circuit, a load current generation circuit and a feed-forward capacitor.
