    Abstract: An apparatus and a method of determining a frequency of an AC power source that more accurately determine the frequency of the AC power source connected to a vehicle are provided. The apparatus includes a rectifier that is connected to the AC power source to rectify an AC voltage input from the AC power source, a first filter connected to an output terminal of the rectifier to filter a rectified voltage output by the rectifier and a second filter connected to the output terminal of the rectifier to filter the rectified voltage output by the rectifier. Further, a frequency determination unit configured to receive the rectified voltages that pass through the first and second filters and determine a voltage frequency of the AC power source from the rectified voltage that pass through the first filter using the rectified voltage that pass through the second filter as a frequency determination level.

    Abstract: A first medium access control (MAC) service data unit (MSDU), intended for a communication device of multiple communication devices, is divided into a plurality of fragments. First and second groups of MAC protocol data units (MPDUs) intended for the multiple communication devices are generated and one or more transceivers are controlled to transmit first and second orthogonal frequency division multiple access data units that include the first and second groups, respectively, to the multiple communication devices. The first group includes a first MPDU that includes a first fragment of the plurality of fragments and is an only MPDU of the first group intended for the communication device. The second group includes a second MPDU that includes the first MSDU in its entirety and is included in the second group in response to determining that the first fragment was not properly received and/or decoded by the communication device.

    Abstract: The prevent disclosure is directed to a touching sensing circuit for an in-cell display panel. An electrode is disposed between two substrates of the in-cell display panel. An operational amplifier has a first input terminal coupled to the electrode. A signal generating circuit is coupled to a second input terminal of the operational amplifier and outputs a programmable signal during a touch sensing period. A capacitor is coupled between the first input terminal and an output terminal of the operational amplifier. A comparator has a first input terminal coupled to the output terminal of the operational amplifier, and a second input terminal coupled to a reference voltage. A feedback circuit is coupled between the output terminal of the comparator and the first input terminal of the operational amplifier. The programmable signal does not have a square waveform, and no switch is disposed between the operational amplifier and the electrode.

    Abstract: The method for preventing epitaxial growth in a semiconductor device begins with cutting a set of long fins into a set of fins of a FinFET structure, the set of fins having respective cut faces of a set of cut faces located at respective fin ends of a set of fin ends. A photoresist layer is patterned over the set of fin ends of the set of fins of the FinFET structure. The photoresist pattern over the set of fin ends differs from the photoresist pattern over other areas of the FinFET structure as the photoresist pattern over the set of fin ends protects the first dielectric material at the set of fin ends. A set of dielectric blocks is formed at the set of fin ends, wherein each of the dielectric blocks covers at least one cut face. The set of dielectric blocks prevents epitaxial growth at the set of fin ends in a subsequent epitaxial growth step.

The buffer information is i) a number of bytes indicated by the scale value multiplied by the base resource value, or ii) a transmission opportunity duration indicated by the scale value multiplied by the base resource value.

The method of preparing the liposome formulation comprises: mixing the complementary cationic lipid pairs with the phospholipid and the long-circulating lipid to generate pre-formed vesicles; and then mixing the pre-formed vesicles with the nucleic acid solution to generate the liposome-nucleic acid formulation. This liposome formulation provided by the present invention is easily prepared; and in the treatment of diseases caused by abnormal gene expression, the liposome formulation can be used to deliver in vivo therapeutic agents, including nucleic acids.
