At least part of the main portion is connected to the against portion, and the main portion presses the gas filled portion of the laryngeal mask airway. The handle portion is connected to the main portion. When the main portion presses the gas filled portion of the laryngeal mask airway, the handle portion is neighbor to the tube portion.
