  • Publication number: 20240361732
Abstract: A method and system for robotic multi-peg-in-hole assembly based on hierarchical reinforcement and distributed learning, including: establishing a master-control assembly-strategy model based on deep reinforcement learning by using data of states and actions of a robot; constructing a plurality of sub-process networks based on different assembly interaction environments, updating and training the master-control assembly-strategy model by using interaction data of the robot obtained by the constructed plurality of sub-process networks, and obtaining a trained master-control assembly-strategy model; and controlling and instructing the robot to execute an assembly task of a robotic multi-peg-in-hole assembly by using the trained master-control assembly-strategy model.

  • Publication number: 20240255501
Abstract: A method is disclosed for the fabrication of a lateral flow test device including a nanocellulose aerogel pad obtained by implementation of steps consisting in: a) providing a hydrogel containing nanocellulose fibers, preferably carboxylic nanocellulose fibers; b) conducting a chemical crosslinking of said carboxylic nanocellulose fibers; c) conducting a lyophilisation of the hydrogel containing the crosslinked carboxylic nanocellulose fibers so as to define a nanocellulose aerogel; and d) compacting and shaping a predefined amount of said nanocellulose aerogel so as to define the nanocellulose aerogel pad.

  • Publication number: 20070026239
Abstract: Methods of chemical and biochemical functionalization of yarn and textile products are described. A yarn or textile product is contacted with a linker molecule comprising two or more photochemically activatable chemical groups and a non-linker molecule having a desired property. Photochemical activation of the chemical groups causes covalent attachment of the non-linker molecule to the yarn or textile product by means of the linker molecule in a single step. The methods are particularly useful for immobilization to yarn or textile of biomolecules that are susceptible to denaturation. Use of linker molecules derived from proteins or polysaccharides further minimizes denaturation of the biomolecule.

  • Patent number: 5858802
Abstract: The invention relates to a device including a substrate and at least one biologically active substance bound to at least a part of the surface of this substrate, which is obtained by simultaneous or sequential reaction of said substrate and of said substance with a bifunctional coupling agent in which one of the functional groups is capable of being photoactivated and generates carbenes and is used to bind the coupling agent to the inorganic substrate and the other functional group is used to bind the coupling agent to the biologically active substance, in which said substrate is a covalent inorganic nitride.
