  • Patent number: 10937459
Abstract: A disc grabbing device adapted to a disc archive system for grabbing at least one disc is provided. The disc grabbing device includes a center cylinder, a drive controller and a detection device. When the disc is grabbed by the disc grabbing device, the center cylinder passes through the center hole of the disc. The drive controller is configured to control the disc grabbing device to grab the disc. The detection device is electrically connected to the drive controller to detect a surface of a disc placed on a disc tray to be grabbed, and to correspondingly transmit a drive stop signal to the drive controller to stop the operation of the disc grabbing device.

  • Patent number: 8505040
Abstract: An optical disk drive including a case, a traverse, a guide rod, an optical pick-up head and at least a locking member is provided. The traverse is disposed in the case and includes at least a cantilever part and at least a locking hole. The cantilever part protrudes from a carrying surface of the traverse and is integrated with the traverse. The guide rod leans against a bearing end of the cantilever part. The optical pick-up head is slidably disposed on the guide rod. The locking member includes a leaning part and a locking part. The locking part is locked into the locking hole and the leaning part presses an upper side of an end of the guide rod for making the bearing end generate a bending displacement toward the carrying surface through the guide rod.

  • Patent number: 7408849
Abstract: A tilt adjustment device for adjusting tilt of a left guide bar with respect to a right guide bar, and includes a holding seat and a cylindrical-shaped bushing disposed rotatably within the holding seat. The bushing defines a bar-retention hole to permit extension of the left guide bar therethrough, and has a turning portion defining a first axis and an insert portion that extends eccentrically from the turning portion and that defines a second axis parallel to the first axis. Rotation of the cylindrical-shaped bushing relative to the holding seat results in a radial movement of the turning portion, which, in turn, moves the first axis toward and away from the second axis of the insert portion.

  • Publication number: 20060053429
Abstract: An optical disc recording device including a housing, an optical read/write module and a transmission module. Both the optical read/write module and the transmission module are disposed inside the housing. Besides, the housing includes a bottom housing and a top cover. The inner surface of top cover has a first protrusion and a second protrusion, which together can stabilize the flow-field in the optical disc recording device so that the optical disc can rotate stably.
