Abstract: A method for enhancing degradation of ester volatile organic compounds with a cerium oxide supported palladium single atom catalyst under low-temperature microwave comprises the steps of firstly preparing a single atom catalyst Pd/CeO2, adding the catalyst Pd/CeO2 into a reaction cavity, initiating microwave radiation to enhance the catalysis reaction, and quickly introducing an ester compound with a concentration of 50˜5000 mg/m3 and a space velocity of 2000˜100000 h?1 into the reaction cavity from a vapor phase sampling port to react when the reaction temperature is 10˜80° C. A catalyst packed column is provided in the reaction cavity, the vapor phase sampling port is defined at the bottom of the reaction cavity, and an exhaust port is defined at the top of the cavity. The microwave method can enhance and activate active sites, prevent the aging of active sites, and enable the chemical reaction rate to be increased by more than 17.9%.

Abstract: In a location change reporting method, a session management function entity receives from a mobility management entity information including location change information of user equipment (UE) in a first presence reporting area (PRA), an identity of the first PRA, and an identity of a PRA set that includes the first PRA. The session management function entity identifies, based on the identity of the PRA set and locally stored PRA subscription information, a subscription entity that subscribes to location change events of the UE in the PRA set, and sends the identity of the first PRA and the location change information of the UE in the first PRA to the subscription entity.

In a method for autonomous artificial intelligence based medical image segmentation, a medical image of a patient is received. A current segmentation context is automatically determined based on the medical image and at least one segmentation algorithm is automatically selected from a plurality of segmentation algorithms based on the current segmentation context. A target anatomical structure is segmented in the medical image using the selected at least one segmentation algorithm.

Abstract: This application provides a service configuration method, a communication apparatus, and a communication system. An AF configures a service request to an AMF by using an NEF, so that the AMF may request URSP configuration from a PCF when target UE is located in a target area. In this way, the PCF can effectively configure a URSP in a scenario in which an application service is dynamically deployed.

Abstract: In a communication method, a policy control network element receives first information from a terminal device, where the first information is a banned application identifier, a banned PSI, a URSP identifier, or an allowed application identifier. The policy control network element obtains a first URSP of the terminal device from a data storage network element. The policy control network element determines a second URSP of the terminal device based on the first information and the first URSP. Based on this solution, when deciding a URSP of the terminal device, the policy control network element considers the first information reported by the terminal device, so that a proper URSP can be determined for the terminal device. In addition, this helps avoid signaling overheads caused because the terminal device and a policy control network element side continuously update and maintain a URSP that the terminal device does not need to use.

Abstract: A policy control method performed by an enforcement function network element, where the enforcement function network element receives an update request to modify or remove a target packet flow description (PFD) associated with a target application identifier. For a session for which a first policy rule including the target application identifier is installed or activated, the enforcement function network element determines that data about an application corresponding to the target application identifier has been detected using the target PFD. Abstract: Various techniques are provided to implement fast boot for programmable logic devices (PLDs). In one example, a method includes receiving configuration data associated with a PLD. The PLD includes an array of configuration memory cells including logic block memory cells and input/output (I/O) block memory cells associated with the PLD's logic fabric and I/O fabric, respectively. The method further includes programming a subset of the I/O block memory cells with the configuration data, and providing a wakeup signal to activate functionality associated with a portion of the I/O fabric. The method further includes programming remaining configuration memory cells of the array with the configuration data, where the remaining configuration memory cells include at least a subset of the logic block memory cells. A control instruction for controlling a second smart device is generated in response to status information from a first smart device complying with an interworking rule, where the first and second smart devices communicate using different standards. The control instruction is transmitted to the second smart device.
