    Abstract: A micro-power wind-solar hybrid energy harvesting and power generating device including a solar power generation module, a wind power generation module, a control module, an energy storage module, and an accessory structure are provided. The solar power generation module is mainly composed of a solar thin film cell and a corresponding interface control circuit, and the wind power generation module includes a wind-induced vibration structure, a cantilever beam structure, a piezoelectric element, and a corresponding interface control circuit. The solar thin film cell is mounted at a top of the wind-induced vibration structure, and interface control circuits, the energy storage module, etc. are all arranged inside the wind-induced vibration structure. The control module is configured to handle an energy harvesting and power generating algorithm of the wind-solar hybrid power generating device to maximize the power generation quality and the power generation efficiency of the device.

    Abstract: A molybdenum disulfide/graphene/carbon composite material having a hierarchical pore structure includes a composite nanofiber having a diameter of 60 to 500 nm. The composite nanofiber comprises, in mass percentage, 3% to 35% of molybdenum disulfide, 0.2% to 10% of graphene, and 60% to 95% of carbon. The composite nanofiber has a hierarchical pore structure distributed along the axial direction, and has a pore diameter continuously distributed between 0.1 nm and 5 ?m and an average pore diameter between 1.5 nm and 25 nm. On the basis of the pore volume, in the hierarchical pore structure, a micropore structure accounts for 25% to 60%, and a mesoporous structure accounts for 40% to 75%. The microporous structure is distributed on the surface of the nanofiber and the pore wall of the mesoporous structure.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a variable-flow-path air valve for water hammer prevention and a design method. The variable-flow-path air valve includes a valve body with a top provided with an air intake-exhaust port. A ball valve seat and a floating ball are arranged below the air intake-exhaust port. The valve body is provided with at least one swing check valve configured to be opened inward. The swing check valve includes: a swing valve disc connected to a valve body hinge, a variable-flow-path air inlet controlled by the swing valve disc to open and close, a device for limiting the opening degree of the swing valve disc, and a sealing device. In the present invention, the air valve takes in air through the air intake-exhaust port and the variable flow path, and discharges air only through the air intake-exhaust port.

    Abstract: A vacuumizing device includes a vacuum chamber, a bonding fixture and a vacuumizing system. The bonding fixture is disposed in the vacuum chamber and includes a substrate table provided with a plurality of grooves for retention of the substrate by suction. The vacuumizing system is disposed in communication with both the vacuum chamber and grooves. During vacuumizing by the vacuumizing system, a vacuum value in the grooves is smaller than or equal to a vacuum value in the vacuum chamber. In the vacuumizing device and methods, the vacuumizing system is used to vacuumize the grooves in the substrate table and the vacuum chamber so that the vacuum value in the grooves is always smaller than or equal to that in the vacuum chamber. As a result, the substrates are firmly retained on the substrate table without warping, thereby improving the quality of substrate bonding.

    Abstract: A vacuumizing device and vacuumizing methods for providing a vacuum environment for bonding of substrate. The vacuumizing device includes a vacuum chamber, a bonding fixture and a vacuumizing system. The vacuumizing system is disposed in communication with both the vacuum chamber and grooves. During vacuumizing by the vacuumizing system, a vacuum value in the grooves is smaller than or equal to a vacuum value in the vacuum chamber. In the device and methods, the vacuumizing system is used to vacuumize the grooves in the substrate table and the vacuum chamber so that the vacuum value in the grooves is always smaller than or equal to that in the vacuum chamber. As a result, the substrates are firmly retained on the substrate table without warping, thereby improving the quality of substrate bonding.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a compact transmitter optical sub-assembly (OSA), which can be used in small form factor optical transceivers. To limit back reflections from entering the laser cavity, the laser is disposed on a silicon optical bench (SiOB) at an acute angle to the longitudinal axis of the OSA. A portion of the light from the laser cavity passes through the back end of the laser cavity for measuring by a monitor photodiode. A rear beam steering lens redirects the portion of light into a v-groove in the SiOB and off of a reflective surface formed in the end thereof to the monitor photodiode, which is positioned face down over the v-groove.
