  • Publication number: 20220064534
Abstract: An organic matter degradation device has a reaction chamber which sidewall includes at least one energy resonance/reflection/storage unit made of an infrared material. An excess heat energy of each degradation is reflected by the infrared material, and the excess heat energy and a heat energy radiated from the infrared material propagate to the non-degraded organic matter in the housing space of the reaction chamber, again, so as to continue the degradation of the organic matter. The organic matter degradation device has active heat radiation to present main advantages of uniform heat effect, low energy consumption and fast degradation time. The heat energy is accumulated after several times, and thus the degradation of the organic matter continues without using the initial heating device to continuously provide the subsequent heat energy. The present disclosure further provides an organic matter degradation method.

  • Patent number: 8111899
Abstract: A substrate-check equipment has a conveyer, at least two lamps, at least two image acquisition units and a control unit. The conveyer conveys a substrate. The lamps are mounted respectively above and below the conveyer to respectively shine light onto the substrate. Each lamp has an adjusting unit for adjusting intensity of the lamp. The image acquisition units correspond to the lamps and are mounted respectively above and below the conveyer to respectively capture images of the substrate and generate image signals. The control unit is electronically connected to the lamp and the image acquisition units. Emitted light intensity of the lamps is adjusted to ensure consistent image quality and speed up procedures for checking the substrate.

  • Publication number: 20110128533
Abstract: A surface-check equipment has a frame, at least one lamp fastened to the frame and at least one dark box fastened to the frame. The dark box has a case with a working side and a dark chamber. The working side has a slot defined through the working side and allowing light to enter the dark box via the slot. The dark chamber communicates with the slot and has an incident reflector, at least one transmitting reflector, a refractor assembly, at least one terminal reflector, and a sensor corresponding to each other and allowing light from the object via the slot to be reflected and refracted and received by the sensor. Therefore, the dark box has simple and inexpensive elements, so the surface-check equipment is easily and quickly assembled and has decreased cost and size.

  • Publication number: 20100005970
Abstract: An air purifier for industrial plants has an air pump and a water cleaner and an ultraviolet (UV) cleaner. The air duct has an air outlet, air inlet, first duct casing and second duct casing. The first duct casing and the second ducting casing each has a top being connected by a connecting tube and are bigger than the air outlet. The water cleaner is mounted in the first duct casing of the air duct. The UV cleaner cleans and purifies dirty air and has multiple UV generators. The air purifier sprays water to contain particulates in the dirty air and decomposes the pollutants using UV. Since the dirty air in the air duct has enough reactive time to turn into the clean air, the air purifier without any air-cleaning agents generates clean air without air cleaning agents in the air to endanger people and the environment.

  • Patent number: 7410534
Abstract: An air purifier for industrial plants has an ultraviolet (UV) cleaner. The UV cleaner has a duct casing, multiple UV generators and an air pump. The duct casing has a cavity defined in the duct casing, an air inlet communicating with the cavity and an air outlet communicating with the cavity. The UV generators are mounted in the cavity in the duct casing and generate UV when in operation. The air pump is connected to the air outlet and generates an outward air suction force through the air outlet. The air purifier operates without any filtering elements and has an excellent filtering rate.
