  • Publication number: 20240072500
Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body and a number of terminal groups. The insulating body includes a mating slot, a first notch and a second notch. The first notch and the second notch are symmetrically arranged on opposite sides of the mating slot. The terminal groups include a first conductive terminal, a second conductive terminal, a third conductive terminal and a fourth conductive terminal. Each conductive terminals includes a mating portion extending into the mating slot. With this arrangement, relatively more terminal groups can be provided, which is beneficial to improve the speed of data transmission. A connector assembly having the electrical connector is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20240063564
Abstract: A wire-to-board connector includes an insulating body, a number of first conductive terminals, a number of second conductive terminals, a number of first cables and a number of second cables. The first conductive terminals are arranged at intervals along a first direction. The first conductive terminal includes a first elastic mating portion and a first cable connection portion. The second conductive terminal includes a second elastic mating portion and a second cable connection portion. The first cable connection portion and the second cable connection portion are arranged in a misalignment manner along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The first elastic mating portion and the second elastic mating portion protrude beyond a first surface of the insulating body so as to abut against metal conductive pads of a circuit board. Besides, a wire-to-board connector assembly having the wire-to-board connector is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20160141816
Abstract: An electrical connector structure electrically connected to a docking connector and a cable. The electrical connector structure includes a plurality of first conductive terminals, a plurality of second conductive terminals, an insulating housing, and a metal housing. Each of the first conductive terminals has a first end portion and two first contact portions. Each of the second conductive terminals has a second end portion and a second contact portion. The insulating housing has a plurality of terminal grooves respectively receiving the first conductive terminals and the second conductive terminals. The metal housing substantially covers the exterior of the insulating housing. With the foregoing design, the structure of the whole product can be simplified, and the production costs can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20090079592
Abstract: This present invention is an electrical navigation device, comprising a base, two encoders and two terminal sets. The base, comprising a rolling rod, is set on a circuit board, the two encoders are set on both sides of the rolling rod of the base, and the two encoders stretch to each other plurality of brushes. The two terminal sets are set on the circuit board corresponding to the two encoders respectively, and each terminal set is composed of two terminals which is not connected to each other. Each of the two terminal sets comprising a terminal which being in normal touch with the corresponding encoder respectively, and the other terminal can being in occasional touch with the corresponding encoder respectively when the rolling rod of the base is rolling.

  • Publication number: 20080122807
Abstract: An input device disposed on a circuit board is provided. The input device includes a frame, a sliding base, a rotary wheel, and a switch. The sliding base is slidingly connected to the frame. The sliding base substantially slides linearly along a slide axis. The slide axis is substantially parallel to the circuit board. The rotary wheel is revolvably affixed to the sliding base. The rotary wheel is substantially rotates around a rotation axis. The rotation axis is substantially perpendicular to the circuit board. The switch is disposed on the frame. The rotary wheel actuates the switch through the sliding motion of the sliding base. Accordingly, some merits of said input device include smaller volume, easy assembling and better durability.
