Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a battery management system (BMS) wake-up method, a BMS wake-up apparatus, and a storage medium, and pertains to the field of battery safety technologies. In this application, before a BMS hibernates, a wake-up threshold corresponding to first sampling information is determined based on an obtained extremum of the first sampling information of a battery cell. After the BMS hibernates, a sampling chip collects second sampling information of the battery cell when the BMS is hibernating, and transmits a wake-up signal to the BMS when it is determined that the second sampling information of the battery cell reaches the wake-up threshold. In this way, the BMS can be woken up in a timely manner by the wake-up signal, and therefore the BMS can find battery safety problems in a timely manner.

Abstract: This application provides a liquid cooling heat dissipation system, which includes a control unit, a heat source box, and a heat dissipation unit. A temperature sensing unit is installed in the heat source box, and the temperature sensing unit and the control unit are connected for signal transmission. The heat dissipation unit includes an inlet and an outlet. Coolant flows into the heat dissipation unit through the inlet and flows out of the heat dissipation unit through the outlet. A flow regulating valve is disposed on a pipe at the inlet, and the flow regulating valve and the control unit are connected for signal transmission. The control unit obtains temperature information by using the temperature sensing unit, and determines lowest temperature T1 and highest temperature T2 based on the temperature information. The control unit is configured to control an opening degree of the flow regulating valve.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses are provided for testing a charge pump. A test circuit detects voltage drop-offs in a voltage signal provided by a charge pump in a test period. A comparator is used to compare the voltage signal to a divided down, delayed version of the signal. A counting circuit is connected to an output of the comparator to determine a number of the drop-offs in the test period. A control circuit such as an on-chip state machine compares the number of drop-offs to a maximum allowable number of drop-offs to set a pass/fail status of the charge pump. The control circuit can configure various parameters of the test, including a ratio of a voltage divider, and the maximum allowable number of drop-offs based on the charge pump being tested.

By using correlation between concepts in a knowledge base and according to connected component theory of a graph, finds out a set of concepts which best represents subject of the text, and removes concepts irrelevant to the subject, thus improving accuracy of text representation and reducing noise.
