Abstract: A touch panel includes a substrate, a first conductive pattern, a first photoresist layer, a second conductive pattern, and a second photoresist layer. The first conductive pattern is disposed on the substrate, and the first conductive pattern includes a plurality of first axis electrodes. The first photoresist layer is disposed between the substrate and the first conductive pattern. The first photoresist layer completely covers the first conductive layer along a direction perpendicular to the substrate. The second conductive pattern is disposed on the substrate, and the second conductive pattern includes a plurality of second axis electrodes. The second axis electrodes are electrically isolated from the first axis electrodes. The second photoresist layer is disposed between the substrate and the second conductive pattern. The second photoresist layer completely covers the second conductive layer along the direction perpendicular to the substrate.

Abstract: A touch-sensitive device includes a transparent substrate, a touch-sensing structure, a trace layer, a medium layer and an electrode protection layer. The touch-sensing structure is disposed on the transparent substrate, the trace layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and connected with the touch-sensing structure, and the medium layer is disposed on the transparent substrate and substantially covering the trace layer. The electrode protection layer is disposed on the medium layer and overlaps at least part of the trace layer.
