Abstract: A system for nucleic acid amplification is to synthesize amplified target nucleic acids or determine the presence of target nucleic acid. The mobile device of the system implements with an interface for controlling the reaction as well as optionally recording or delivering the reaction results or protocols to a cloud for sharing. In addition, current invention also discloses an airborne molecule detector integrating both air sampler and biochemical analysis component. The device can monitor the bioaerosols on real time. The reaction product can be used for nucleic acid sequencing as well. Furthermore, a pH test strip is used to replace a halochromic agent in a reaction mix for determining the nucleic acid amplification.

The mobile device of the system may be implemented with software for analyzing the reaction or optionally delivering the information of a sample to a cloud. Therefore, the system can provide corresponding genetic information of organism, cancer cells or viruses of interest. The information may include gene expression levels of interest, DNA identity of samples as well as treatment suggestion and professional lists for consulting. The system could also optionally be used with a mobile device to amplify the target nucleic acid for the downstream sequencing or measurement.

Abstract: Provided is a polyimide insulation coating, which is prepared by reacting a diacid anhydride compound represented by Formula (I) with a diamine compound represented by Formula (II). By adopting the specific diacid anhydride compound and the specific diamine compound, the synthesized polyimide insulation coating can have a dielectric constant less than 3. Accordingly, the enameled wire having an insulation layer formed from the polyimide insulation coating would not readily produce partial discharge, thereby avoiding the penetrating short-circuit and the damage to the motor.

Abstract: A combination of a portable computer and an antenna device includes a portable computer and an antenna device. The top of a screen casing of the portable computer has a plurality of positioning troughs. One side of the casing of the portable computer has an accommodating trough. The antenna device is formed into a sheet-like shape and is accommodated in the accommodating trough. The bottom of the antenna device is provided with a positioning seat. Both sides of the positioning seat have a fixing rod respectively that extends outwardly. The fixing rods and the positioning seat are inserted into the positioning trough. The antenna device is electrically connected with the portable computer, so that the portable computer can receive and transmit the wireless signals via the antenna device.
