Abstract: A high-cleanliness reticle clamping module includes: two clamping mechanisms and at least one optical sensing mechanism, the two clamping mechanisms are disposed facing each other and clamp out a reticle space, each of the two clamping mechanisms includes a shielding component, a gripper component and a power component, the shielding component is disposed on a back side of the gripper component opposite to a reticle contact surface, the power component is disposed in an accommodating space of the shielding component, and drives the shielding component and the gripper component to move back and forth, the at least one optical sensing mechanism is disposed in one of the accommodating spaces of the two clamping mechanisms for detecting whether a reticle exists in the reticle space.

The server includes at least a task pairing module and an AI-driven review evaluation module. The task pairing module includes a plurality of task sub-modules, and each task sub-module stores a plurality of online review task items. Each online review task items includes standards and a bonus value. The AI-driven review evaluation module is configured to evaluate whether a submitted review for webpage content meets the standards. If the submitted review meets the standards, the bonus value is awarded to an online bonus account of a task executor.

The telescopic speaker box comprises a speaker box housing whose volume is adjustable. The speaker box housing has a hole. The hole is used for receiving the loudspeaker unit. By adjusting the volume of the speaker box housing, a lowest resonant frequency of the telescopic speaker box can be achieved.
