  • Publication number: 20250009679
Abstract: A method for preparing a cationic lipid-based nanocarrier includes providing an organic solvent and an aqueous solution, adding compositions for forming a lipid-based nanocarrier and at least one kind of cationic polysaccharides respectively into the organic solvent and the aqueous solution according to respective solubility thereof, and flowing the organic solvent and the aqueous solution through a microfluidic device under the control of a micromixer, so as to mix the organic solvent and the aqueous solution in the microfluidic device, thereby obtaining the cationic lipid-based nanocarrier in a single-step process.
