    Abstract: A melon packaging machine is disclosed, relating to the technical field of fruit packaging. The machine includes a workbench and a controller. A rectangular through groove is provided in a middle of the workbench. A conveyor is provided on one side of the rectangular through groove. A melon outlet is provided between the conveyor and a wall of the rectangular through groove. A detecting mechanism is provided at a middle of the conveyor for detecting the shape of the melons. Two limiting parts are provided at a top of the workbench for guiding the melons horizontally. It can be realized by the machine that the melon can be packed with suitable packing bag which be automatically selected according to the size of the melon. The packing efficiency of the melon can be improved and the manpower consumption can be reduced.

    Abstract: A deproteinized natural rubber latex and preparation method thereof are provided. A combined immobilization technology of a multi-enzyme system is introduced to form a multi-enzyme synergistic effect, such that high-concentration enzymes contact with proteins in natural rubber latex. Meanwhile, due to the complexity and diversity of latex proteins, the catalytic properties of different enzymes are effectively combined to realize a multi-enzyme cascade reaction, and the proteins are hydrolyzed gradually and orderly. In addition, an immobilized enzyme filter screen is introduced, and the filter screen is lifted and circulated to make rubber particles collide with high-density enzyme carrier and then complete mixing evenly to reduce damages to the rubber particles when surface proteins are removed, thereby maintaining original physical properties of the latex. The rubber latex has high stability, reusability, is easy for separation and continuous operation, and is environmentally friendly.

    Abstract: A method of depositing phosphosilicate glass (PSG) is disclosed. The method includes a first deposition step for depositing a first PSG layer with a sputtering deposition ratio of 0.10 to 0.16, and a second deposition step for depositing a second PSG layer with a sputtering deposition ratio of 0.18 to 0.22 after the first deposition step. The first PSG layer has a thickness smaller than that of the second PSG layer. With such two-step deposition method, flower pattern having a dramatically reduced size can be formed without occurrence of clipping or formation of sidewall voids in the resultant gate patterns. Specifically, the formed flower pattern has a height reduced by about 50% and a thickness reduced by about 30%.
