  • Publication number: 20240153455
Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display panel including a pixel to display an image based on input image data, a driving controller which determines a driving frequency of a first display area of the display panel to be a first driving frequency and determines a driving frequency of a second display area of the display panel to be a second driving frequency less than the first driving frequency when the first display area displays a moving image and the second display area of the display panel displays a still image, and an emission driver which outputs a moving image emission signal corresponding to the first driving frequency and a still image emission signal corresponding to the second driving frequency to the display panel. A width of a non-emission period of the still image emission signal is greater than a width of a non-emission period of the moving image emission signal.

  • Patent number: 11928998
Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a first partial panel region and a second partial panel region, and a panel driver which drives the display panel. The panel driver determines a first driving frequency for the first partial panel region and a second driving frequency for the second partial panel region. In a case where the first driving frequency and the second driving frequency are different from each other, the panel driver sets a boundary portion including a boundary between the first partial panel region and the second partial panel region, and determines a third driving frequency for the boundary portion to be between the first driving frequency and the second driving frequency.

  • Publication number: 20230074760
Abstract: Provided are: a method of modifying a target nucleic acid in the genome of a cell by using a novel PAM sequence; and a cell in which a target nucleic acid of the genome of the cell is modified by the method. Accordingly, genome editing may be performed by targeting a position, which has not been previously targeted, as a target for genome editing, and thus the range of applications of genome editing may be expanded.

  • Publication number: 20190136211
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the activity of an RNA-guided nuclease in a cell in a high-throughput manner, and specifically to a method for evaluating the activity of an RNA-guided nuclease from the indel frequency of a cell library including an isolated oligonucleotide that comprises a guide RNA-encoding nucleotide sequence and a target nucleotide sequence. The method for analyzing the characteristics of an RNA-guided nuclease using the guide RNA-target sequence pair library of the present invention enables the evaluation of the activity of the RNA-guided nuclease in vivo in a high-throughput manner, and thus, the method can be very effectively utilized in all of the fields where the RNA-guided nuclease is applied.
