    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for preparing 3C-SiC single crystals, comprising the steps of: (1) fixing a SiC seed crystal to a graphite seed crystal holder, and then fixing the graphite seed crystal holder to a graphite lifting rod; (2) placing a flux containing Si and Al in a graphite crucible; (3) then loading the graphite crucible and the graphite lifting rod into a growth furnace; (4) vacuumizing the growth furnace, and then introducing a gas to control the gas pressure in the growth furnace and the crystal form of 3C-SiC; (5) heating the graphite crucible until the flux is completely molten to form a melt, and reaches the growth temperature of SiC, (6) pushing down the graphite lifting rod to make the SiC seed crystals contact with the melt, thereby growing 3C-SiC single crystals; wherein the flux further contains a 3d-transition metal with a melting point lower than the growth temperature of SiC.

    Abstract: Cloud systems store metadata for multiple tenants in cache memory. In uncompressed form, caching the metadata for an entity for multiple properties uses memory that is proportional to the number of tenants. As disclosed herein, global metadata is generated for one or more entities. The global metadata of an entity includes all properties of the entity from all tenants. For each entity, only one set of global metadata is stored. For each tenant, only the differential data for the entity is stored. As a result, the size of a tenant's differential metadata is substantially smaller than the tenant's original full metadata, saving cache resources of the cloud system. Full entity metadata for a tenant can be retrieved by making a copy of the global metadata for the entity and modifying the copy based on the tenant's differential data for the entity.

    Abstract: A bistable weak PUF circuit with an autonomous stability screening function is provided. The bistable weak PUF circuit includes a decoder, a timing circuit, and a PUF core circuit is provided. The PUF core circuit realizes stable bit screening by connecting two screening levels. When the two screening levels connected to the PUF core circuit are equal, the PUF core circuit generates a W-bit original PUF response in one clock cycle under the control of an m-bit word line level signal output thereto by the decoder. Then, the m-bit word line level signal received by the PUF core circuit is kept unchanged, one of the two screening levels connected to the PUF core circuit is kept unchanged, and the other is reduced by a certain amplitude, and two W-bit screened PUF responses are obtained after the screening levels are exchanged.
