Abstract: A non-slip foam floor mat includes a mat body, a plastic film and a non-slip layer. The mat body is made of a foam material. The plastic film is attached to a surface of the mat body. The plastic film has a top surface. The top surface is processed by electric shock or flame to form a plurality of fine dents. The non-slip layer is formed of a non-slip coating coated on the top surface of the plastic film. The non-slip coating is embedded in the fine dents and tightly joined to the plastic film, thereby forming a high friction coefficient to achieve a non-slip effect.

Abstract: A method for forming a protective film on a foam cushion including steps of preparing the cushion, applying a hot-melt adhesive, hot pressing a resin film, and cutting. Therein, the cushion is applied with a hot-melt adhesive layer, and a heated metal roller is used to press the resin film onto the hot-melt adhesive layer. The melting point of the resin film is greater than that of the hot-melt adhesive layer, and the heating temperature of the metal roller is between the melting point of the resin film and the melting point of the hot-melt adhesive layer, so that while the resin film is pressed on the hot-melt adhesive layer by the metal roller, the resin film is stuck by the hot-melt adhesive layer, thereby forming a protective film on the outer surface. The method features quick resin film and reliable film affixation.

Abstract: A strip foam floor mat includes a rectangular main body with two long sides and two short sides, and each side has plural complementarily shaped first convex teeth and first notches disposed apart from one another, a pair of complementarily shaped second convex tooth and second notch disposed at each corner at both ends of each side, and a pair of complementarily shaped third convex tooth and third notch disposed adjacent to each other and at positions of the multiple length of the short side along each long side, and the third convex tooth is in the same protruding shape of the second convex tooth when the two main bodies are spliced, and the third notch is the same concave shape of the adjacent second notch when the two main bodies are spliced.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a foam sheet and the product thereof are disclosed. The foam sheet thus formed is cut into several pads. The surrounding of the top surface of each pad is heated, pressed, and cooled to form a guiding angle structure. The bottom surface of the pad is heated, pressed, and cooled to have a pattern. The relatively protruding surface of the bottom surface is coated with an adhesive layer to be attached to the ground. A release paper then covers the adhesive layer. The pads are then patched to form a sheet with the disclosed structure.

Abstract: A foam sheet and the method of making the same are disclosed. The method is used to manufacture a foam sheet that is cut into several pads to be patched into a mat. The bottom surface of each pad is coated with an adhesive material for adhesion onto the ground. A guiding angle structure is formed around the top surface of the pad by thermal compression and cooling formation. With this structure, the pads can be connected to form a mat.

Abstract: A ventilating type carpet, in which the bottom of the carpet has a bottom layer which is punched with a plurality of ventilation holes in regulated arrangements for passing water vapors, while one side of the said bottom layer is firmly installed with a layer of felt carpet for soaking moistures, therefore water stains at the carpet can be quickly and effectively dispersed through the ventilation holes to avoid problems of breeding mildews.

Abstract: A door mat with the dirt-removing and water-absorbing features includes several stripes of dirt-removing layers and water-absorbing layers disposed alternately on the surface of a bottom pad, thereby forming a stepping surface. Therefore, the invention can effectively remove dirt and absorb water on the bottom of shoes.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a doormat, including steps of: preparing a PVC loop mat and a substrate; and before or after the PVC loop mat is adhered to the substrate, spraying a different color of paint made of a resin onto the PVC loop mat by way of pressurized spraying to form desired pictures or characters on predetermined portions of the PVC loop mat. Thereafter, a doormat with a PVC loop mat having different colors of pictures is achieved.

Each floorboard includes four edges each having a series of dovetail tenons laterally extending from the edges of each of the floorboards and a dovetail mortise defined in the floorboard between every two adjacent dovetail tenons for complementally receiving a corresponding one of the dovetail tenons of an adjacent floorboard. Each floorboard includes four corners each having a cutout defined in the floorboards such that an opening is centrally defined in the pieced flooring relative to the at least four floorboards that are connected to one another. At least one insertion is fixedly inserted into the opening and having an area greater than that of the opening to prevent the insertion from detaching from the pieced flooring and to promote the connection between the floorboards.
