    Abstract: The disclosure provides an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The array substrate includes a plurality of conductive lines and an electrostatic protection circuit on a base substrate. At least some of the conductive lines are connected through the electrostatic protection circuit. Two conductive lines connected with the electrostatic protection circuit are respectively a first conductive line and a second conductive line. The electrostatic protection circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a first capacitor. A first electrode of the first transistor, a first electrode of the second transistor and a gate electrode of the second transistor are connected to the second conductive line, and a second electrode of the first transistor, a second electrode of the second transistor and a gate electrode of the first transistor are connected to the first conductive line.

According to the method, a new network topology after a failure is not required to include the majority of nodes in an original cluster, whereby the network topology can continue to work no matter a quantity of nodes in the network topology while data consistency is ensured, improving viability of the cluster.

A modulator comprised of a transistor and modulator impedance is between the first impedance and the second impedance, and a tank capacitor is between the power line and the ground line, outside the first impedance and second impedance. A comparator is coupled between the first and second impedance. A switch may be included to short out the first and second impedance, thereby enabling transmission of only power for period of time, and return to a mode of transmitting both data and power. The first device may also receive data from the second device over the power line connection.

With the method of the present disclosure, a supercapacitor can output more energy in advance based on energy likely to be recovered during cornering ahead, so as to free up energy recovery space and to recover energy during cornering, which can reduce power output of a battery, ensure energy recovery, and play a positive role in loss reduction and energy-saving control.
