    Abstract: A display device and a projector are provided. The display device includes a pixel light-emitting panel and multiple color conversion panels. The pixel light-emitting panel includes an N1 number of light-emitting pixel units distributed in an array, and the light-emitting pixel units are driven to emit light through a driver. A first color conversion panel includes an N2 number of first color pixels and an N3 number of first transparent pixels. The first color pixels and the first transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. A second color conversion panel includes an N4 number of second color pixels and an N5 number of second transparent pixels. The second color pixels and the second transparent pixels are disposed relative to the light-emitting pixel units. The lights generated by at least part of the light-emitting pixel units sequentially pass through the first color pixels and the second transparent pixels to achieve the color conversion.

A User Equipment (UE) initiates establishment of an Internet Protocol secure (IPsec) tunnel with a first non-3GPP interworking gateway associated with the 3GPP network. The UE probes availability of a second non-3GPP interworking gateway associated with the 3GPP network before the IPsec tunnel with the first non-3GPP interworking gateway is established successfully. The UE initiates establishment of an IPsec tunnel with the second non-3GPP interworking gateway in response to failing to establish the IPsec tunnel with the first non-3GPP interworking gateway and the second non-3GPP interworking gateway being available. The UE accesses the 3GPP network over the IPsec tunnel with the second non-3GPP interworking gateway.

    Abstract: A liquid-based gravity-driven etching-stop technique for controlling structure dimension is provided, where opposite etching trenches in cooperation with an etching-stop solution are used for controlling the dimension of a microstructure on the wafer level. In an embodiment, opposite trenches surrounding the microstructure are respectively etched on sides of the wafer, and the trench depth on the side of the wafer, on which the microstructure is, is equal to the design dimension of the microstructure. Contrarily, it is unnecessary to define the trench depth on the back-side of the chip. In the final step of the fabrication process, when the device is etched, such that the trenches on the sides communicate with each other to separate the microstructure from the whole wafer automatically and thereby shift from the etchant into the etching-stop solution to stop etching.

A movable jaw is movable in the tunnel, and includes a normal abutment facet, a sliding facet and a slant abutment facet. The normal abutment facet can abut the stop. The sliding facet can slide on the opposite facet of the fastener so that movable jaw can be pushed into the tunnel by the fastener. The slant abutment facet can abut the opposite facet of the fastener so that the movable jaw and the first fixed jaw can clamp the fastener. In the tunnel is a spring for biasing the movable jaw.
