    Abstract: A first client station receives from an access point an indication of whether angular information is to be included in feedback information in a range measurement session. The first client station transmits a null data packet (NDP) as part of an uplink multi-user (MU) PHY transmission that also includes simultaneous transmissions by one or more second client stations of one or more other respective NDPs to the access point as part of the range measurement session. The first client station receives a downlink physical layer (PHY) data unit from the access point that includes respective downlink feedback frames for the first client station and the one or more second client stations. When angular information is to be included in the feedback, a downlink feedback frame for the first client station includes angular information.

The access point generates a wakeup frame for transmission to the client station via the third communication channel, generates a wakeup packet to include at least the wakeup frame, and transmits the wakeup packet, including transmitting the wakeup frame to the client station via the third communication channel.

The buffer information indicates a number of bytes for the MPDUs that are queued for transmission. A resource request MPDU that includes the HT Control field is generated by the first communication device. The resource request MPDU is transmitted by the first communication device to a second communication device via a wireless communication channel to request an allocation of radio resources for the UL MU transmission by the second communication device.

The communication device allocates one or more frequency resource units (RUs) for the MU transmission, including: in response to determining that the communication channel spans the frequency bandwidth greater than 160 MHz, selecting one or more frequency RUs from a second set of frequency RUs. The second set of frequency RUs omits at least some RUs of a smallest bandwidth that are included in a first set of RUs that is used for allocating frequency RUs for communication channels having bandwidths of at most 160 MHz. The communication device generates allocation information that indicates the allocation of the one or more frequency RUs for the MU transmission, and transmits the allocation information to one or more other communication devices in connection with the MU transmission.

No single fragment among the plurality of fragments includes an entirety of the beamforming training information. The first communication device transmits the A-MPDU to the second communication device in a single physical layer (PHY) data unit and as part of a multi-user transmission.

Upon detecting a predefined rekeying event in communications between the multi-AP controller and any given multi-AP agent, a new cryptographic key is generated for the given multi-AP agent by repeating the handshaking procedure, and applying the new cryptographic key in encrypting and authenticating messages following the rekeying event.
