  • Publication number: 20240079087
Abstract: Disclosed is an implementation method for ultrasensitive Brink control for a delayed enzymatic reaction based on DNA strand displacement (DSD), relating to the field of feedback control technology based on DSD in biological systems. The method includes obtaining an enzymatic reaction process model with time delay; constructing a CRN-based Brink controller; obtaining a static mapping expression between an output of the Brink controller and an output of the system under a steady state condition; constructing a Brink controller by DSD reaction; obtaining a time delay representation, and applying it to DNA implementations of the enzymatic reaction process model; and combined with the Brink controller, controlling a delayed enzymatic reaction process model. The present invention is structurally free of subtraction, reduces the number of abstract chemical reactions required to implement, and greatly simplifies DNA implementation.

  • Publication number: 20230400533
Abstract: A soft magnetic film iron core is provided, including an insulating substrate and a soft magnet. Multiple layers of hollowing-out grid networks stacked vertically are arranged in the soft magnet, and all grid cavities in the hollowing-out grid networks are filled with insulators, such that the micro-morphology of the film iron core is changed, and the film iron core presents a structure of multilayer staggered grid networks as a whole. The soft magnetic film iron core can be processed by the micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) process. The proposed preparation method for the soft magnetic film iron core adopts low-cost standard MEMS processes such as ultraviolet (UV) lithography, electroplating, and wet etching, which can realize standardized mass production of the iron core and reduce the processing cost. A sensor using the soft magnetic film iron core as a sensitive element is provided.

  • Patent number: 11473119
Abstract: The present disclosure discloses to a method for determining optimum preservation temperature of a sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm, and belongs to the technical field of environment engineering. The method of the present disclosure comprises: determining the cell activity state of a sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria biofilm preserved at different temperatures by flow cytometry, and determining the preservation temperature of the cell activity state closest to the cell activity state of the sulfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria in pilot operation as the optimum preservation temperature. The cell activity state and performance effect are verified to be reliable after activity recovery by the test data.

  • Patent number: 11012150
Abstract: An autonomous failure recovery method and a system for a fiber-optic communication system. The method comprises acquiring a real-time operation timing sequence of a digital high-speed serial transceiver of a fiber-optic communication system, and comparing the operation timing sequence against a pre-stored reference timing sequence of normal operation of the serial transceiver; when the operation timing sequence is inconsistent with the reference timing sequence, determining that failure of an optical path of the fiber-optic communication system has occurred; sending a pre-determined autonomous recovery timing sequence to the serial transceiver when the optical path is in a failure state, and performing an autonomous failure recovery operation of the fiber-optic communication system in response to the autonomous recovery timing sequence.
