    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a composition containing melatonin as an effective ingredient, and its application in improving DHI production performance and improving milk quality. The composition containing melatonin as an effective ingredient according to the present disclosure can significantly reduce the somatic cell count in milk and improve milk quality. Under the conditions of different seasons, ages, and lactation periods, the administration of the composition containing melatonin as an active ingredient according to the present disclosure can significantly reduce the somatic cell score of cow milk (p<0.01), increase the protein content and lactose content in milk, and meanwhile reduce the fat content and urea nitrogen content in milk. In summary, the composition containing melatonin as an effective ingredient according to the present disclosure can improve the quality of milk and increase the efficiency of dairy cow breeding.

    Abstract: An SOC estimation method includes calculate an electric quantity value of fixed step size for the mobile power supply, and then sequentially superimpose a unit electric quantity step by step to calculate an accumulated electric quantity from the last moment of SOC change, then compare the absolute value of the accumulated electric quantity with the electric quantity value of the fixed step size to determine whether the SOC value is added/subtracted the fixed step size or kept unchanged, and acquire an initial value of the accumulated electric quantity at the next moment. In above method, the division operation can be replaced by “if judgment” and addition/subtraction operations in actual programming, which greatly reduces the calculation amount for SOC estimation, thereby greatly reducing requirements for chip operational power and peripheral resources and equipment energy consumption, improving the speed and computing stability of SOC estimation.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a groundwater circulation well system with pressure-adjustable hydrodynamic cavitation, including a circulation well body, a sucked and injected water circulation assembly and a hydrodynamic cavitator. The sucked and injected water circulation assembly is based on a water suction and injection pump. The hydrodynamic cavitator is provided, inside a vortex chamber, with a vortex water inlet column capable of changing a water passing aperture. The hydrodynamic cavitator is capable of changing a bubbling pressure and a breaking pressure of hydrodynamic cavitation bubbles in the vortex water inlet column. The hydrodynamic cavitator generates vortices in the circulation well body to accelerate uniform mixing of a remediation agent and the groundwater. Energy from collapsing and bursting of the hydrodynamic cavitation bubbles activates the remediation agent such that contaminants in the groundwater are efficiently degraded.
