Abstract: Image sensors, isolation structures, and techniques of fabrication are provided. An image sensor includes a source of electromagnetic radiation disposed on a substrate, a pixel array disposed on the substrate and thermally coupled with source of electromagnetic radiation, and an isolation structure disposed on the substrate between the source of electromagnetic radiation and the pixel array. The isolation structure can define a first reflective surface oriented on a first bias relative to a lateral axis of the pixel array and a second reflective surface oriented on a second bias relative to the lateral axis. The isolation structure can be configured to attenuate residual electromagnetic radiation reaching a proximal region of the pixel array by pairing a first reflection and a second reflection of the electromagnetic radiation by the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface.

Abstract: A data-driven audio codec system that involves producing multiple compressed streams comprising encoded information (e.g., codeword indices) at different time scales (time intervals or frequency). This may allow for separation of different properties of speech, such as content and aspects of style (prosody), into the different compressed streams without explicitly enforcing it, i.e., in an unsupervised manner. Speech audio is encoded to produce a plurality of encoded streams comprising encoded information for the speech audio at different time scales. The plurality of encoded streams are decoded to generate output audio.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and a computer program product are provided for training a neural network for finding queried videos. Two pairs of video clips and associated text are obtained from a first dataset and a second dataset. The first dataset is used to train two video encoders by providing the video clips to the encoders as input and providing the outputs to a cosine similarity calculator. The second dataset is used to train a multi-mentor paradigm with two mentors. A first mentor and a second mentor are each provided the pair of textual data inputs. The first mentor provides a similarity value comparison, and the second mentor provides a word mover distance. Using the output from the multi-mentor paradigm and the encoders, a contrastive loss is calculated and used to provide contrastive learning of video features by differentiating similarity and dissimilarity of the video clips.

Abstract: A funds processing method includes: acquiring payment information of a funds sharing service provisioned for a specific payment intention, where the payment information is obtained after order payment is made by using the funds sharing service as a payment mode; if an allocation instruction for target participating members of the funds sharing service is detected, performing funds allocation based on a quantity of members of the target participating members and a payment amount included in the payment information, to obtain funds shares of the target participating members; and performing deduction from balance amounts of the target participating members in the funds sharing service based on the funds shares.

The electronic element is overlapped with the substrate and electrically connected to the first bump, wherein the substrate is disposed between the first bump and the electronic element. A distance between the first through hole and the second through hole of the substrate along the direction is different from a distance between the first bump and the second bump along the direction.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a plurality of bumps, a plurality of diodes, and a shielding layer. The substrate has a plurality of first through holes. The bumps are disposed on the substrate. The diodes are disposed on the substrate. The shielding layer is disposed on the substrate. One of the bumps is located between two adjacent ones of the diodes in a cross-sectional view, and the shielding layer overlaps at least a portion of the bumps and at least a portion of the first through holes.

Abstract: Described are coated iron oxide nanorods (IONRs) containing an iron oxide core and a coating surrounding the core, and pharmaceutical compositions containing these coated IONRs. The iron oxide core of the coated IONRs has strong magnetic property, i.e., a magnetic flux density of at least 10 emu/g, induced using 1 T magnetizing field strength, at room temperature. The coating of the coated IONRs can be formed by a polymer, such as an amphiphilic polymer. The coated IONRs are stable in an aqueous medium for at least 30 mins, at room temperature, while maintain the superior magnetic property of the core, achieving a separation efficiency of at least 80% within only 1 min of magnet time. Optionally, the coated IONRs contain one or more active agents embedded in the coating of the coated IONRs, for systemic or local delivery.

Abstract: An anti-counterfeiting face detection method, device and multi-lens camera are disclosed. The anti-counterfeiting face detection method comprises: acquiring a depth image, an infrared image and an RGB image by using a TOF camera and an RGB camera; analyzing the RGB image through a preset face detection algorithm to determine an RGB face region of a face in the RGB image and position information of the RGB face region; determining a depth face region of the face in the depth image and an infrared face region of the face in the infrared image based on the position information of the RGB face region; determining that the face passes the detection when the depth face region, the infrared face region and the RGB face region meet corresponding preset rules respectively.
