  • Patent number: 11968556
Abstract: A network quality measurement method and system are provided. In the method, a movement path and a movement speed of a vehicle device are determined according to a size of a space and an endurance time of the vehicle device, and the vehicle device is controlled to move on the movement path at the movement speed. During a movement of the vehicle device, a network quality in the space is measured according to a measurement frequency to generate network quality data. Whether the network quality in the space is changed is determined according to the network quality data. Whether there is an obstacle around the vehicle device is detected. When it is determined that the network quality in the space is changed or the obstacle is detected around the vehicle device, at least one of the movement path, the movement speed, and the measurement frequency is adjusted.

  • Patent number: 11916077
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an apparatus with a local interconnect structure. The apparatus can include a first transistor, a second transistor, a first interconnect structure, a second interconnect structure, and a third interconnect structure. The local interconnect structure can be coupled to gate terminals of the first and second transistors and routed at a same interconnect level as reference metal lines coupled to ground and a power supply voltage. The first interconnect structure can be coupled to a source/drain terminal of the first transistor and routed above the local interconnect structure. The second interconnect structure can be coupled to a source/drain terminal of the second transistor and routed above the local interconnect structure. The third interconnect structure can be routed above the local interconnect structure and at a same interconnect level as the first and second interconnect structures.

  • Publication number: 20110157930
Abstract: The power input stabilizing circuit provides a first resistor at the input terminals to suppress impulse current. Then, the power passes through a power input limiting circuit including a non-polarity capacitor, a rectifier circuit formed by diodes, and a polarity capacitor so as to provide a current within a specific range to a load. A constant current circuit including a third resistor, a diode, a fourth resistor, and a transistor is then employed to stabilize the load current. The performance and durability of the electrical or electronic appliance using the power input stabilizing circuit are therefore enhanced significantly.

  • Publication number: 20070178368
Abstract: A battery chamber of button-cell batteries for consumer electronic devices is provided herein, which mainly contains a top member and a bottom member joined together to form a number of cell rooms for the accommodation of the button-cell batteries. A number of conduction plates covers the top and bottom of the cell rooms and electrically connects the button-cell batteries into a series connection. The thickness of the top and bottom members is roughly one half of a standard button-cell battery. The top and bottom members can be easily pried open for the installation and removal of the button-cell batteries.
