  • Publication number: 20140263748
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle includes a combination of a body and a rotor. One end of the body has an inlet, and the other end of the body has a jetting hole. A channel passage connects the inlet to the jetting hole, and the rotor is mounted in the channel passage. The rotor has a head part and a body part, and at least one air passage is formed on a surface of the body part of the rotor. The air passage of the rotor surface may communicate with the channel passage. Thus, the fluid entering the channel passage may pass through the air passage and be jetted from the jetting hole to form a micro-atomization state, and the rotor is free from generating the obvious raked state or lateral displacement so that the working stability of the atomizing nozzle can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20130001328
Abstract: A single piece atomizing nozzle has a body having one end formed with an inlet and the other end formed with a ring, which has an outlet. A passage is formed in an axial direction of the body, and has two ends respectively connected to the inlet and the outlet. A rotor is rotatably disposed in the passage, and a leakage-stopping assembly is disposed in the passage and between the rotor and the inlet. Also, a stopping mechanism is formed or disposed at the inlet to prevent the leakage-stopping assembly from escaping from the inlet. Alternatively, a water output block is disposed on the ring to prevent the leakage-stopping assembly from escaping from the ring. Thus, the effects of the simple structure, the small size and the lighted weight can be obtained.

  • Publication number: 20120261489
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle with an anti-leakage function includes a body, a cover, a rotor, a leak-stop assembly and an anti-leakage ring. One end of the body has an inclined accommodating groove having an arc curvature. The anti-leakage ring is disposed in the accommodating groove, and the cover presses the anti-leakage ring after being locked with one end of the body. The anti-leakage ring may correspond to a screwing position between the cover and the body, and is not located in a flowing path of the water or liquid. Thus, it is possible to prevent the water or liquid from flowing reversely or leaking to the screwing position, and to simplify the manufacturing processes.
