Abstract: A Penicillium cyclopium strain capable of degrading crop straw fibers efficiently and application thereof are provided. The provided induces mutagenesis of a Penicillium cyclopium strain MP-03 (2554-2) (CGMCC No. 41542) using a nitrosoguanidine method and obtains a mutant strain ?MP-03 (455-1) (CGMCC No. 41541) with enhanced ability to degrade corn straw. By optimizing a nitrogen-to-carbon ratio of culture medium, culture time, temperature, and a pH range for high enzymatic activity, the mutant strain 455-1 significantly enhances the degradation of corn straw, and endoglucanase and exoglucanase activities in corn straw compared with the non-mutant strain 2554-2.

Abstract: A method for simulating sensitive response of Jurkat cells in mechanical microenvironments, includes the following steps: S1, transfecting FRET probes into the Jurkat cells by using an electroporation method; S2, simulating the Jurkat cells in the mechanical microenvironments for a first time; S3, collecting FRET images of the Jurkat cells by using a FRET microscope; S4, performing quantitative analysis and statistical analysis on the FRET images; S5, simulating the Jurkat cells in the mechanical microenvironment for a second time; and S6, detecting an ERK phosphorylation level by using a Western blot method.

The method includes: acquiring a target video; identifying a video segment within the target video according to a scene change status of video frames in the target video, the video segment including a target video frame; performing image recognition on the target video frame to obtain a region corresponding to an object in the target video frame that is compatible with the recommendation information; and implanting the recommendation information in the region of the target video frame. Image recognition processing is performed on the target video frame to obtain a video segment including the target video frame, so as to determine the implantation location in the target video frame on the basis of the object of the target type in the target video frame.

The video is segmented to obtain video fragments, each of the video fragments including a subset of image frames in the video. A target frame is obtained in the video fragments. Objects in the target frame are identified and segmented, to obtain labeling information corresponding to the objects. A target object is determined according to the labeling information. Clustering is performed on the target object, to obtain a plurality of candidate to-be-inserted regions. A target candidate to-be-inserted region is determined from the candidate to-be-inserted regions. Further, maximum rectangle searching is performed in the target candidate to-be-inserted region to obtain a target to-be-inserted region in which an image is to be inserted.
