  • Patent number: 11916126
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate and a gate structure. The gate structure is disposed on the substrate, and the gate structure includes a titanium nitride barrier layer a titanium aluminide layer, and a middle layer. The titanium aluminide layer is disposed on the titanium nitride barrier layer, and the middle layer is disposed between the titanium aluminide layer and the titanium nitride barrier layer. The middle layer is directly connected with the titanium aluminide layer and the titanium nitride barrier layer, and the middle layer includes titanium and nitrogen. A concentration of nitrogen in the middle layer is gradually decreased in a vertical direction towards an interface between the middle layer and the titanium aluminide layer.

  • Patent number: 8576366
Abstract: A pixel array includes pixel sets. Each pixel set includes a first and second scan lines arranged in parallel on a substrate, a data line not parallel to the first and second scan lines, a first active device electrically connecting the first scan line and the data line, a second active device electrically connecting the second scan line and the data line, a first pixel electrode electrically connecting the first active device, a second pixel electrode electrically connecting the second active device, and an auxiliary electrode pattern that includes a connecting portion and a first and second branch portions. A gap is between the first and second pixel electrodes. The connecting portion underneath the gap between the first and second pixel electrodes partially overlaps the first and second pixel electrodes. The first and second branch portions connect the connecting portion and partially overlap the first and second pixel electrodes, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20120261493
Abstract: An atomizing nozzle structure includes a body, a cover, a rotor and a leak-stop assembly. The body has one axial end being an inlet, the other axial end being an outlet, and a channel connecting the inlet to the outlet. The cover is disposed on the outlet of the body. The rotor is movably accommodated within the channel of the body. The leak-stop assembly is composed of a spring and a plug and disposed in the channel. One surface of the rotor has a locking structure for prohibiting the spring from parting from the rotor in a state where the leak-stop assembly is combined with the rotor. When the elements are separated from one another, the rotor and the leak-stop assembly may be taken out of the channel of the body.

  • Patent number: 7229538
Abstract: A microfluidic device has a plurality of H-shaped micro channels not connected to each other and formed on a substrate. Each of the H-shaped micro channels comprises two main channels separately placed on two opposite sides in parallel and a plurality of sub-channels perpendicularly connected to the two main channels. The present invention is designed in such a way that various reagents dropped into different H-shaped micro channels are immobilized on respective sub-channels because of the different widths of the main channel and sub-channel. Afterwards the reagents are coated with a layer of polymer. The polymer has a porous structure that allows the passage of any sample to be tested. Finally, a plurality of upper channels parallel to one another are directly fabricated in the polymer, or in another layer of polymer stacked on the previous polymer.
